As the cornerstone of our administrative team, you will manage high-level scheduling, facilitate inter-departmental communication, and contribute to a culture of efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executive leadership.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and internal reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and internal department heads.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and easy accessibility.
- Prepare agendas and record minutes for board meetings and executive sessions.
- Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement requests efficiently.
- Coordinate special projects and corporate events to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional discretion.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM or project management software such as Salesforce or Asana is a plus.
