- Prepare high-level correspondence, board presentations, and executive reports.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and comprehensive itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential projects with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
- Facilitate team meetings, capture actionable minutes, and track follow-up tasks.
- Optimize office administrative workflows to increase department efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support or office management.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack/Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional maturity.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is a plus.
