- Streamline administrative office procedures to increase team efficiency and output.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners to ensure project timelines are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documentation with the highest level of integrity.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, board meetings, and off-site retreats.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, high-growth environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
