Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and professional engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and internal communications for board-level review.
- Coordinate board meetings and leadership offsites, including venue selection and material preparation.
- Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and specialized administrative projects as requested by the executive team.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate data and strategic initiatives.
- Streamline administrative workflows to improve departmental efficiency and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of managing confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
