Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-priority executive calendars and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for high-stakes board meetings and client presentations.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage office operations, including vendor relations, supply procurement, and facilities oversight.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Oversee special projects and administrative initiatives to drive team efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and cloud-based document management systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
