- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Coordinate confidential documentation and maintain robust filing systems with strict data privacy.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking action items and following up with department heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
