- Coordinate travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and procedures.
- Record minutes during senior-level meetings and track follow-up action items.
- Manage expense reporting and department budgets with high precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle competing priorities.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
