Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone calls, with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Associate degree or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
