Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, executive off-sites, and client conferences.
- Monitor and process expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the department.
- Implement and streamline office administrative processes to increase team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive-level administrative support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle competing priorities with grace.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate information.
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM or project management software is highly preferred.
