Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-stakes calendars and prioritize conflicting meeting requests.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports for board meetings and client engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing with high precision.
- Organize company-wide quarterly meetings and leadership retreats.
- Provide comprehensive support to ensure optimal workflow efficiency for the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Superior communication skills with the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
