Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling domestic and international travel logistics.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence for board meetings and investor briefings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and high-net-worth clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of internal firm events, conferences, and executive team retreats.
- Manage office operations, procurement of supplies, and expense reporting with 100% accuracy.
- Implement and maintain robust digital filing systems and CRM updates to streamline departmental communication.
- Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professional judgment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Zoom/Teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
