Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritizing urgent meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate high-level board meetings, domestic and international travel, and comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional rapport.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-impact presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Manage expense reports and confidential documentation with the utmost discretion.
- Oversee special administrative projects and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate with facilities management to ensure a premium workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with professional integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management platforms is highly preferred.
