Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating polished communication
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor invoicing
- Coordinate special projects including event planning and cross-departmental initiatives
- Maintain digital filing systems ensuring data security and compliance
- Provide backup support for front desk operations and switchboard duties
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (5+ years preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Exceptional time management with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Discretion handling confidential information with utmost professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
