Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple departments
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reports
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Support departmental projects with data analysis, document management, and presentation creation
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-suite executives
- Expert proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and events
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
