- Coordinate board meetings, team off-sites, and corporate events with precision.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict data privacy.
- Process expense reports and manage office supply procurement.
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in office administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level or senior management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
