- Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and client engagements.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply procurement and facility management oversight.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to optimize administrative workflow.
- Provide comprehensive support during high-stakes projects and company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' approach to challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
