- Coordinate board meetings, team offsites, and high-profile corporate events.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure office workflows remain optimized.
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
