Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, including filing systems and digital databases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, directing calls and visitors efficiently to ensure minimal disruption.
- Assist in the organization of corporate events, board meetings, and team-building activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and manage office supply inventory.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
