Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily workflows.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and expense reports.
- Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize corporate events, team off-sites, and executive briefings.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records.
- Screen communications and draft responses on behalf of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
