- Coordinate board meetings, events, and company-wide staff gatherings.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records with high integrity.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters effectively.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with precision.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
