Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental administrative functions including records management and budget tracking
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Provide backup support for front desk operations and visitor reception
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience with calendar management software (Calendly, Doodle) and video conferencing platforms
