Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders; screen and direct communications appropriately
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members and maintain HR documentation
- Implement and improve administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly) and document management systems
