Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Oversee office operations, including managing vendor relationships, office inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and manage the monthly payroll administration.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and corporate event planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
