Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars with precision, prioritizing complex scheduling across global time zones
- Coordinate high-stakes meetings, offsites, and corporate events with external partners
- Prepare confidential board reports, executive presentations, and strategic correspondence
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, budget tracking, and facilities coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal departments/external stakeholders
- Implement process improvements for administrative workflows using Microsoft 365
- Manage travel logistics and expense reports for executive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives

- Advanced calendar management and meeting coordination skills
