Responsibilities
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars for multiple executive leaders, prioritizing requests and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
- Draft, review, and edit high-impact correspondence, presentations, and reports for board-level meetings.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports in compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Organize and execute key corporate events, team-building activities, and client-facing meetings.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening incoming calls, emails, and visitors with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar high-level clerical role.
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools, specifically Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with extreme discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
