Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar logistics, scheduling high-stakes internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executive communication, handling inquiries with poise and discretion.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel itineraries (domestic and international), including flights, lodging, and detailed expense reporting.
- Draft, review, and format critical business correspondence, presentations, and quarterly board-level reports.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure executive directives are executed and tracked efficiently.
- Organize, execute, and document key leadership meetings, ensuring action items are clearly defined and followed up on.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role, ideally assisting C-suite executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with an impeccable eye for formatting and detail.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the agility to pivot priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.
