Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting requests.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format internal reports, presentations, and presentations for board meetings.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies inventory and manage reception duties to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong data entry capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in business administration is a plus.
