Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external communications.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, organizing events, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
