Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for executives, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and attend company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Screen phone calls and emails, filtering and prioritizing messages effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
