Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate board meetings, offsite events, and departmental initiatives
- Perform advanced data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Office Administration (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with office management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
