- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
