- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation.
- Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and office supply procurement.
- Oversee special projects as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Experience with CRM or project management software is a significant advantage.
