Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing conflicting demands
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reports
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Lead special projects including event coordination and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with calendar management across multiple executives
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
