- Communication Hub: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, ensuring a polished brand voice.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and preparing presentation materials.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, manage inventory, and handle vendor relations to maintain a productive work environment.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and interact with clients and staff at all levels.
