Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Manage confidential correspondence, records, and documentation with discretion and precision
- Prepare and edit high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for executive review
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor relationship management
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and optimize office administrative systems for maximum efficiency
- Lead special projects including event coordination and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters
