Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense report processing
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Onboard new administrative staff and train on office systems/procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and scheduling software
