- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company policy.
- Prepare detailed expense reports and manage department invoices with precision.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management software like Asana or Trello.
