- Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and executive off-sites.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and data security.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with precision.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
