Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel logistics, and meeting schedules with precision.
- Draft high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports for board-level review.
- Coordinate board meetings, off-site retreats, and internal corporate events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential projects and provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Optimize administrative workflows to improve office efficiency and communication.
- Prepare detailed expense reports and manage department budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Slack, Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing international travel and complex scheduling logistics.
