Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing urgent matters and optimizing time allocation.
- Coordinate high-stakes meetings, board presentations, and international travel itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, memos, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems with absolute discretion and organization.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes and track action items to ensure organizational accountability.
- Support special projects by conducting research and synthesizing data for executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Slack, and cloud-based project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with impeccable integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational roadblocks autonomously.
