Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication standards.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure deadlines are met and strategic goals are achieved.
- Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and office procurement processes with high accuracy.
- Facilitate board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up action tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
