Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating international travel and high-stakes meetings with 100% accuracy
- Compose and edit confidential communications, board reports, and executive presentations
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for confidential documents
- Coordinate special projects including offsite events, vendor management, and process improvements
- Provide backup support for reception duties and front desk operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Experience in financial services industry strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
