We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As a pivotal member of our operations, you will provide top-tier administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items promptly.
- Oversee office operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a professional environment.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
