- Coordinate travel arrangements, including international itineraries and logistical support.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage office administrative budgets and procurement of essential resources.
- Lead special projects as delegated by the Executive Team to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of autonomy and critical thinking.
