Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for board-level briefings.
- Oversee office logistics, including supply procurement and vendor relationship management.
- Coordinate departmental projects, tracking milestones and ensuring team accountability.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with strict accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on business etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Proven ability to maintain composure and pivot priorities in a dynamic office setting.
