Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high attention to detail.
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, workshops, and board meetings.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document security and data integrity.
- Support department heads with ad-hoc administrative projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role supporting senior-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM or project management software such as Salesforce or Asana is a plus.
