Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and daily meeting coordination.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and internal communications for board-level review.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation.
- Lead special administrative projects and process improvements to increase departmental productivity.
- Coordinate all logistics for company events, board meetings, and off-site retreats.
- Manage confidential documentation and maintain highly organized digital filing systems.
- Support leadership with expense reporting and budget tracking tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncanny ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is highly preferred.
