Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate cross-departmental meetings
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with polished professionalism
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reports
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical) for compliance and accessibility
- Assist in special projects requiring data analysis, research, and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience with C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
