Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Facilitate efficient office operations by managing supplies, coordinating vendor services, and overseeing facility maintenance.
- Organize and archive digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professional judgment at all times.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, off-sites, and executive retreats.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proven experience in project coordination and process improvement.
