Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements with precision.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, screening calls and correspondence to prioritize executive focus.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and internal communications for board meetings.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure cross-functional initiatives stay on schedule.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring absolute confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Coordinate logistics for executive events, conferences, and stakeholder dinners.
- Oversee office supply inventory and departmental budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
- Experience with Concur or similar travel and expense management software is a plus.
